BIO
Jodi Collins
works as a creative producer and manager who develops written and performance work with talent clients while being a casting director on highly select tv shows in soft scripted, sketch and dramedy with some work in theatre and film.  Her successful reputation is as a top industry resource known for her smart eye and as a #1, 'go to' comedy expert covering talent in every arena.

Internationally and nationally, Jodi is hired to scout the country and across every portal of media viewing for network series.  Having the great pleasure of also scouting for sketch shows, Jodi's  intimate knowledge base includes important talent across all areas of 'legit'  work where she's been known to been the 'first' to discover them.

In dramaturgy fashion jodi has advised two one-person 'black comedy' shows in New York, one for NYTW and Off Broadway, and another for Jeff Ross and the US HBO Comedy Arts Festival  in Aspen now in its Broadway iteration, "Take A Banana For The Ride".

Jodi is an invited guest on many prestigious comedy panels; HBO's Comedy Arts Festival's  "best one-person show" selecting Bridget Everett  for "Just For Laughs " Montreal festival, best Canadian standup" and can always be found unearthing a next star in the lesser known trenches to bring to the industry's attention as well as find to develop and produce with..

A believer in mentorship and giving back, Jodi is a regular teacher for on camera work and brand knowledge, also touching on esteem and health in pursuing a career in the arts.... affiliated with Hudson Valley's Fable and Sow and NYC's top studio, One On One.

As a Speaker, Jodi has been invited to many Universities including NYU, Syracuse University/Tepper program, etc.

Within a broad and highly reputed career Jodi continues as a talent and business consultant as well as a talent coach.

Jodi willingly claimed her comedic & dramatic expertise after NYU's BFA training and a "bout" withperforming, herself.
